  • You understand and agree that WeddingsInIndia.com may delete any content, text, messages, photos, graphics, tags, or profiles, trademarks, information (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of WeddingsInIndia.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either WeddingsInIndia.com and/or its Members.
  • With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to WeddingsInIndia.com the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site.

PROHIBITIONS ON CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

  • solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; Your individual use abides in manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.

INTERNAL MEMBER DISPUTES

  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other WeddingsInIndia.com Members. WeddingsInIndia.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

INDEMNITY

  • You agree to indemnify and hold WeddingsInIndia.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

DISCLAIMER

  • WeddingsInIndia.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site by 3rd party or in connection with the WeddingsInIndia.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the WeddingsInIndia.com. All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such Content and WeddingsInIndia.com reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site.

LIABILITIES & DISPUTES

  • Packages marked as 'WeddingsInIndia.com package' are tailor made products from WeddingsInIndia.com.
  • We often hire 3rd party services to execute the packages on ground. We use the best in the industry to provide you ultimate satisfaction for your auspicious occasion. WeddingsInIndia.com will not be responsible for certain 3rd party service conflicts
  • To make an inquiry you will have to fill our online inquiry form with details.
  • Bookings will be accepted only on 40% advance payment and 60% 15 days before the actual date of the event.
  • The package fees does not include any trips to location or wedding co ordinator fees.
  • Packages only include the services mentioned in the packages, for any extra services fees will be charged as applicable.
  • Service taxes and other taxes as per location applicable additionally

BUSINESS LISTINGS FOR HONEYMOON PACKAGES & WORLD WIDE WEDDING DIRECTORY

  • Listings and its contents are provided by 3rd party.
  • The details mentioned in a listing are as per the information provided by the service provider.
  • WeddingsInIndia.com is not responsible for any service issues dealing with 3rd party.
  • Any competant wedding service provider can list with WeddingsInIndia.com. These are not services provided by WeddingsInIndia.com and weddingsinindia.com has nothing in common with the listed businesses except to provide our visitors with an open online market space.
  • We recommend contacting the service providers and assess their service yourself.
